DUGA Paints and Varnishes Industry with its registered office in Belgrade is a leading manufacturer in paints, varnishes, polymers and corrosion inhibitors industry. Duga is marketing and selling its range of products in the markets of Serbia and Montenegro, states of former Yugoslavia and is holding significant share of the markets of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Poland.

• "Duga" was established in 1895. as "The First Royal Serbian paints and Varnishes factory"
• After the WW I , year 1931, a company from Vienna "REINCHOLD, FLUGGER & BOECKING" bought "Serbian paints and Varnishes factory" and started production of our well known product Durlin-solvent based enamel.
• After the WW II, this company was nationalized under the new name "Paints and Varnishes Industry - DUGA"
• In the next thirty years, "Duga" has been invested in modernizing of technical infrastructure, manufacturing process, with obligatory respecting ethic principles, and became the largest paints and varnishes factory in the former YU.
• In the time of large and fast changes, after the 90s, "Duga" recognized new trends in business such as joint ventures, market internationalizations and making long term relations with strategy partners as the only way to succeed future leader position on the market.
• In 2005, "Belinka Holding d.d." - Ljubljana became the biggest individual owner and strategic partner of "Duga"
• 30.10.2007. "Helios d.d. Domzale Group" integrated with "Belinka Holding D.D.", Ljubljana, assuming the role of Duga's strategic partner.
• "Duga"'s incorporation into Helios Group evaluated through the following activity levels:
  - Corporation reorganization
  - Product programs specialization,
  - Thereby commercial positioning as middle quality and price level products both industrial and decorative coatings on the market.
• As a part of the Helios Group, Duga has new possibilities at the existing, as well as access to the new markets.
